What party, the Democrat or Republican, has benefitted the Black race the most over time? Below is a table of the pros and cons for each party. There has been many claims as of late as to who is the most racist so I decided to complete a list of party actions since the mid-1800s. One can look at the table and decide for themselves which party has helped the black race the most. Feel free to comment if you think I left some fact(s) out.
